H.R. 914 and S.782, 107thCongress, referred to as the ADA Notification Act and the Americans with DisabilitiesNotification Act respectively, would amend Title III of the ADA, which contains theprovisions relating to public accommodations, to require that a plaintiff provide 90 daysnotice to the defendant prior to filing a complaint. H.R. 914 and S. 782 are virtuallyidentical and H.R. 914 is identical to H.R. 3590 and S. 3122, 106th Cong. This reportwill be updated as necessary.
