Theprincipal allegations revolve around compensation arrangements between Marsh andseveral insurance companies, and bidding manipulation by Marsh to increase its profitsfrom these compensation arrangements. Attorney General Spitzer also brought criminalcharges against individuals involved and several guilty pleas have been announced.
