K-12 components include: the Elementary andSecondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA), as amended by the No Child Left Behind Actof 2001 (NCLBA), P.L. 107-110; the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act(IDEA); the Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act of 1998; and theAdult Education and Family Literacy Act (AEFLA).
