It also made some changes in TANF work requirements and enacted new fundingfor healthy marriage promotion and responsible fatherhood initiatives. Though DRA“reauthorized” TANF and ended a four-year debate on proposed policy changes to theblock grant, President Bushs FY2007 budget revives certain proposals from its earlierTANF reauthorization proposals.
