3、unable to reach final agreement on the details of a multi-year reauthorization bill.For aviation it is not clear that conference agreed upon legislation (H.R. 2115) will bebrought before either the House or the Senate before October 1stand may bereconsidered at a later date. In order to keep certain
4、 federal transportation programsoperating at least a short-term reauthorization is required. Extension legislation hasbeen enacted in the past.
