3、0, reauthorized the act through FY2005. In July 2005, the BushAdministration released its reauthorization principles and an outline of proposedchanges to CARE Act programs. Legislation reauthorizing the Ryan White CARE Actis expected to be introduced during the 109th Congress. CARE Act programs rece
4、ived$2.02 billion in FY2004 and $2.073 billion in FY2005.
