Since the initial deployment of broadband in the late 1990s, two federal agencies have implemented broadband availability data col
3、lection and mapping initiatives: the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) at the Department of Commerce (DOC) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
