Generally, it is illegal under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to place robocalls to consumers without their consent. 3、spoof,” their caller ID information and adopt an area code or telephone number similar to that of the recipient. One method of combating robocalls with spoofed numbers involves deploying technology to verify the authenticity of caller ID information and to block calls made from numbers with unverifi
