3、act on security, national economic security, national public health or safety, or any combination of those matters.” The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is the lead federal agency for critical infrastructure security and resilience (CISR). 4、cy (CISA) has issued numerous alerts and other warnings to private-sector companies about malicious cyber activities by Russian state or state-sponsored actors that may harm critical infrastructure.
