3、D)5101.01,this issuance:Designates the Secretary of the Air Force as the DoD EA for the DoD MPE.Establishes the DoD Chief Information Officer(CIO)as the OSD Principal Staff Assistant(PSA)with oversight of the DoD EA for the DoD MPE.Assigns responsibilities and authorities to the DoD EA for MPE and the OSD PSA for oversight of the DoD EA for the DoD MPE.May affect the responsibilities in DoD Instruction(DoDI)8110.01 and supersedes any conflicting guidance in that issuance.
