3、and provides procedures for the acquisition of digital capabilities.Assigns program responsibilities concerning the acquisition of digital capabilities as defined in this issuance for the acquisition pathways of the adaptive acquisition framework described in DoD Instruction(DoDI)5000.02.Describes the responsibilities and procedures of principal acquisition officials in the acquisition of programs containing information technology(IT),including national security systems(NSS)within DoD authorities,across all acquisition pathways.
