4、irlift.4.Responsibilities a.CDR,USTRANSCOM is responsible for determining intertheater airlift augmentation requirements and preparing and submitting augmentation requests to NATO when required.b.Combatant Commanders will validate and prioritize intratheather airlift requests and submit them to USTR
