2、this instruction,the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff(CJCS)delegates to the Combatant Commanders(CCDRs)the authority to disclose to foreign governments and international organizations classified military information for which they are the originating component.2.Superseded.Chairman of the Joint
